Waterlogged ground

Erecting a building in a waterlogged area isn’t always the right choice. It can cause many safety risks. The water table

A high water table can also cause the basement walls to lose their water-tight effectiveness and cause water to sip into the building.

In this case, contractors prefer to use concrete rather than metal in building your foundation. In scenarios where the compounds in the soil can destroy concrete, such as sulfate, they may prefer to use sulfate-resistant concrete.
